Xade is an investment professional specializing in sustainable and impact investing, previously serving as an Investment Associate on Cambridge Associates' Sustainable and Impact Investing team.

He has sourced and performed diligence on over $1 billion in private investment commitments while developing innovative frameworks to evaluate equity integration across managers. His research explores the value of incorporating Indigenous economic principles into investment strategies, particularly in sustainable agriculture and community development. A graduate of Vassar College with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Prison Studies, Xade brings a unique perspective to the intersection of finance, sustainability, and social impact.
